Transformation from caterpillar to butterfly
In May there was a lot for the children to discover - nearby, but also a bit further away, like in the park in the countryside. We discovered a huge white cocoon on a leaf of a tree! This inspired us to discuss the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly together. The book “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” also helped us. Then we sang the song "Schmetreling you little thing" and danced.
